yes I have had emails asking for money to help to come to australia and also from banks asking for your details. emails from companies requesting private information. and have also had virus in computer due to coming in on attachment

mashups would be useful to ad to web sites pulling information from one site to another to publish data in one area

Have used skype awhile ago where I was talking with people all over australia
facebook i use instant messaging with children and clients
It is also very good for children to get help with school projects
very useful for author talks and questions in library

week 21 more with google docs

It is great for sharing documents between say an office where each person can access and change details if required with using an email. You are able to access from any where

week 20event management

I like doodle the best which you can send invitations out to clients

google calendar is also a very good site to send invites out by email to clients to attend events that may be held.

Google calendar is also very good to remind me of things I have to do.
Eventbrite is great for checking on coming events.

week 19 productivity

Have had a look at rss feeds and filters at this stage have not used maybe handy in the future to remove unwanted material that may come through.
